Born and raised in Israel, after completing his military service in 2003, Eran moved to New York City With the spirit and dynamism of a true entrepreneur.
Immediately upon arriving He started his real estate career as a Broker. In 2010, Eran founded his own Brokerage firm Essence Realty.
Eran is the managing partner of two additional companies that have inventory luxury extended stay luxury furnished apartments. Finest Furnished (est. 2014) and Urban Furnished (est. 2017), between both companies Eran manages over 110 apartments.
Eran has gained an honorable and trustworthy reputation among clients for his honest and direct approach, guiding his clients by disclosing and discussing thoroughly the pros, cons and possibilities of various real estate options. His intent is to provide his clients with the opportunities to make informed real estate decisions with full confidence.
His market knowledge rivals the most seasoned real estate experts, he is savvy yet relatable. Eran Haviv is the guy you want on your side of the deal.

Born in New York and raised in Paris, David has over 10 years of hands-on experience and an impressive knowledge of the New York market. He began his Real Estate career while he was in college but always aiming for more, David decided to attend law school where he studied real estate law and later went on to pass the New York Bar.
Aware of his established credibility as an attorney, as well as his advanced knowledge of Real Estate, David has been striving throughout the years to cultivate an extensive network of international clients that lead him to partner up with the talented Eran Haviv to manage properties for foreign investors while helping local clients acquire the properties of their dream.

Born in Paris and raised in the South of France where she developed her taste for Architecture and Art. Alexandra has designed and furnished hundreds of luxury apartments all over New York City. Known for her impeccable work and French-style, Alexandra brought her talents to one of the most prestigious home staging companies in NYC.
Naturally, the next step in her career had to be the opening of her own home staging company. Here, she offers her clients the best of both worlds: Luxury at an affordable price.
